1) Dr. Ben Kim Dr. Kim is one of the 'real deals' in the health world. Born in Korea, but raised in Canada, I feel his information and products are really great. I have tried his Vitamin C and can recommend it.

2) Dr. Dave's Best Also I believe one of the 'real deals' - Dr. Dave is a medical doctor and an anti-aging specialist. I haven't tried any of his products yet, but will in time! His daily newsletter/email is a hoot - but also full of interesting and helpful info... check it out.

5) Mike Adams is the "Health Ranger" - and a more genuine guy who is only concerened with natural health and good nutrition you would be hard pressed to meet! Check out his site - Truth Publishing.

7) "You are not sick, you are thirsty!" With these words, Dr. Batamanghelidj challenges conventional medical thinking. He says our bodies crave pure water on a daily basis, and when we don't get that thru flow, our body cries out in pain. WELL worth while going to this site. Also great for weight loss - check it out! I call Maria Veloso the 'Queen of Web Copy'. If you have a direct response site, her book "Web Copy that Sells" is a must-read! It is astounding how much info is packed into that book. Learn the secrets of web copywriting from one who knows and watch your sales grow.

2) BlueVoda website building and Vodahost hosting Not only do I use Vodahost for my hosting, but also BlueVoda website builder for building my websites. Their service is really par excellence. They have a fanatical devotion to customer service! And the Vodahost support forum is an incredibly rich resource too: post a question on anything (you have to be a member, tho) and you will get a helpful, speedy reply. Recommended on all fronts!

If we don't make spiritual, mental, and emotional progress, we're never going to break free of a lot of the emotional constraints that impact upon our lives, and affect our health and weight! Below is a list of people that have helped me grow in different respects:

1) Mr. Fire - Joe Vitale Dr. Joe Vitale is a very 'Vital' man - featured on The Secret and on Larry King, he is the author of too many books to mention here, a writer and speaker, and an ordained minister. If anyone will get you off your butt and FIRED up, it's him! :-

2) The Rich Dreams website. The Pauley family have blazed some powerful trails in the world of spiritual growth and awareness. Check out the website, and especially get the book "I'm rich beyond my wildest dreams." This book will show you how to receive things... it's easy: all you have to do is ASK (but in the right way). Also take a look at Quantum Marketing and Quantum Selling.

3) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to minutes and hours.
